Holding Fee

We ask you to pay a £100 non-refundable set up fee before we begin making the final arrangements for your tenancy. This fee holds the garage/unit for 5 days. Once you move in then this £100 is the used as the deposit. Once you arrange a viewing we will supply you with bank details to pay the holding fee via BACS.

Important Information

• The full rent in advance is required on or just before you sign up to take the unit.
• The date you sign up becomes the date your rent is due, unless you pay extra rent to move the date to the 1st of the month for example.
• Our tenancies our three-month contracts which then continue on a month-by-month basis.
• You can pay the rent monthly or 3 monthly.
• If you wish to vacate then you are required to give three months notice to us in writing. Once you have decided you want to take garage / unit we will need the following from you via email:
  • A date you would like the garage/store from.
  • Proof of income
  • Photographic ID – Passport (current or expired). Some sort of photo ID & a birth certificate
  • Proof of address – utility bill from the last three months Letting agreements
• A copy of our letting agreement can be requested. This show the full T&C.
• You will be required to sign the letting agreement online via email link with Docusign. If you would prefer to do this in person with a paper letting agreement we can arrange this.
